I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were cooled and clean, which was very nice. They were very well appointed, with high-end finishes and conveniently located near the pool and restaurant. The service was awesome; they fixed their error promptly and apologized for the noise during breakfast. The staff, from dry cleaning to housekeeping, were kind and engaging, including the front desk. The hotel is close to a shopping area, exactly what I booked. The dining experience was more than expected but not included for the already high rate. The facilities were great, and overall, it's a wonderful location with friendly and welcoming staff.

Staying at this hotel was a convenient and pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious and located near the side entrance, making it easy to come and go. The service was consistently friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive stay. However, the dining prices were a bit high for what was offered. The location was exactly as expected, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and quiet, decorated in a Southwestern theme which felt perfect for the area. The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Jim, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to shopping areas, and the dining experience was enjoyable with traditional regional homemade products.
